Where is the office located?
There is no physical office.. all in-person sessions are at area parks.
What are your session hours?
Typically, my session hours are Monday – Friday, as early as 8 am and with some evening session times as needed. No weekends.
How long is a typical session?
Sessions are 45 minutes to an hour.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. You must provide a 24-hour notice for all cancellations and/or reschedules. No calls, no-shows, and/or same-day cancellations result in an automatically generated $60 fee.
Are virtual sessions available?
Yes.
How do I connect for a virtual session?
I will send a link to your email right before your session time to connect via a HIPPA-compliant virtual platform called Doxy.me.
What do I do to get started?
Once we connect, I will send a link via text to my client portal for you to register as a new client and to review and electronically sign all intake forms. Once complete, we will schedule a session.
What is the hourly fee?
My fee is $135 per session.
How do I pay?
I will send a Square® invoice to your email. This invoice will contain a link for credit card payments for out-of-pocket or co-pay fees.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I am a participating provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Humana.
